Important Notes: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No pets or ESA allowed. No smoking allowed. A signed rental agreement, copy of renter's ID, and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival. There is room for three vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
