Located in Springfield--just 34 miles outside Nashville, this one bedroom, one bath getaway offers a completely new interior and sits on a sprawling property. Take a morning stroll through the orchards, head to the hustle and bustle of Nashville, and then relax on the patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit at night.

You can make any meals or snacks in our well-equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (starter coffee provided), cooking basics and small appliances like a crockpot, toaster oven, microwave. We also have dishware & flatware.

WIFI is free, and keyless entry makes things convenient. Plus you'll enjoy such extras as ceiling fans, a washer & dryer with laundry detergent, iron & board, linens & towels, trash bags & paper towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, and a blanket for chilly nights around the fire pit.

The Farm Loft sits in an ideal location to reach neighboring cities: 10 miles to Downtown Springfield, about 30 miles to Old Hickory Beach and Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, and 34 miles to Nashville.

Important Notes: this is a single story unit that requires stairs to access. Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. No pets or ESA allowed. No smoking or parties allowed. A signed rental agreement, copy of renter's ID, and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival. Two vehicles are allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
