📋 House Rules & Important Policies
• Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be at least 26 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must sign and return a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
• Damage Deposit: A $200 damage deposit hold is required.
• No Parties or Events.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
